This Thanksgiving, we pause to say two simple things:
Thank You, God.
Thank You, Friend.
Because of you, the Free Range Pastor Mission continues to bear real fruit — not theoretical, not institutional, but personal, story-filled, soul-level fruit.
Together, we are part of a partnership between God, a Pastor, and a Community of People.
And the fruit of that partnership is growing.
Into hospital rooms and over ICU beds — praying Psalm 23.
Into hospice spaces — holding space for comfort and final moments.
To gravesides — proclaiming the resurrection in the face of death.
Into the lives of engaged couples — offering Christ's love and strength.
Into wedding celebrations — reminding people that joy and Jesus belong in the same room.
Across the Southeast — calling sons and daughters who’ve wandered away but still need shepherding.
Into social spaces and shared tables — offering a pastoral presence before a crisis ever hits.
Into marriage crises, career crossroads, and spiritual confusion.
On pilgrimages, and road trips.
You didn’t just support a pastor.
You sent him.
26 leaders hosting tables and rooms.
14 weeks of Wilco AM and 14 weeks of Wilco PM.
186 participants engaged in spiritual conversations at Wilco AM/PM.
39 new people welcomed into the Wilco AM/PM.
4 Free Range Social gatherings where friendship began before faith questions even surfaced.
These were spaces where people could be known.
Spaces where grace became tangible.
Spaces where faith felt possible again.
That freely offered a pastor for three straight years.
That's viable, sustainable, and expanding into new places.
That's reawakening the Church’s imagination for shepherding beyond its walls
That's replicated Wilco AM in Memphis TN, Starkville and Corinth, Ms.
This is Ezekiel 34 happening in real life.
This is the Shepherd still using His people to find His sheep.
Thank you for standing with us in the wilderness.
Thank you for helping us seek, gather, and tend.
Together, we are watching God do something unique and real.
With deep gratitude in our hearts, like for-real y'all,
Ken and Jeanette
In December 2024, God provided nearly $75,000 — covering a significant portion of our 2025 needs. Incredible Right?!?
This year, nearly 45% of our 2025 budget depends on December giving.
Every December dollar helps bridge the gap between:
monthly donations + actual mission needs in the coming year.
And once again, God has been faithful.
Through you. And we Give Thanks!
“The shepherds are pastors — for pastor simply means shepherd.”
— Augustine of Hippo

"The Good Shepherd" is believed to be one of the oldest existing images of Jesus.
